  1. I have completed my seating chart. I used my field hockey team. I decided to use pictures of my team instead of famous athletes. I thought it would be more fun.

  5. How do you feel about your students spending part of their day in Physical Education? Are you a teacher who feels Physical Education is unnecessary?

  6. When lifting weights you need to decide if you want to bulk up or tone up. To bulk up use more weight with less repetitions and to tone up use less weight and more repetitions.
